All the boxes where ticked. I was very happy with the service and follow up. Staff were very professional in all respects, friendly and good natured. This was a distressing time for me as I had to sell my dad's house after his death. All at Allen & Harris handled this with understanding and duty of care. It all went smoothly and expeditiously.

I have rated Allen & Harris five stars as i found the service excellent in the whole process of selling my house. I was able to leave them the keys as i was abroad and they organised the viewings in my absence. Also I was kept up to date with all the feedback from people who had viewed my property. I would also like to say that Helen is a very good manager of the Ayr branch which i sold my property through.
