Having just submitted our mortgage application to the lender, our Mortgage Advisor James Lewis has given us exceptional service thus far. Very responsive, very helpful and very thorough. We are first time buyers and he has really helped make the process less daunting for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone looking for a great mortgage advisor. The only negative comment I have is about Allen & Harris Chippenham offices seldom answering their phone. Until James gave us his direct number, 95% of the time I called to speak to him, no one answered, even during offices hours, and it doesn't go to any kind of voicemail to leave a message.
