Callum House in particular was an excellent diplomat and negotiator. I suspect I was a difficult client at times as i was almost made redundant and had a problematic seller further down the chain, my buyer was also quite demanding. Callum made the whole process very simple by securing the buyers initially, then defusing multiple difficult situations as they arose throughout the process, including a number of ultimatums provided by the buyers and a few last-minute mishaps on the day of exchange. show more
