The team is led by Board of Management Partner Vicki Crean, who has over 29 years of estate agency experience in Cardiff. She is supported by James Lamb (Instructions Manager), Yupy Sarwar (Residential Sales Manager), Nicola Moreton (Senior Sales Negotiator), Harrison Dobbs and Melanie Allen (Senior Sales Administrator).

Our in-house Mortgage Consultants, Liam Tresilian and James Cheung, are available to provide guidance on mortgage options.

We also have a specialist new homes team based at the Maple Fields and Kings Drive developments, led by Rob Medcraft.

As members of ARLA Propertymark and a licensed Smart Wales agent, our lettings team, led by Kevin Bushell and supported by Alisha Thomas, offers a range of services for landlords and tenants.

We also provide support through our Land & New Homes department.
