I recently completed on a purchase through Allen & Harris in Wells. The vendor’s solicitor was extremely slow sending out necessary documentation and answering enquiries from my solicitor. At one point I was considering pulling out of the purchase. However once Sue, assisted by Jordan, at Allen & Harris got involved in the case and chased the said solicitor with determination and tenacity things started to move. Without their help I doubt completion would have taken place.
