David Plumtree, Chief Executive, Sequence UK Ltd

David Plumtree - Chief Executive, Sequence (UK) Limited

David joined the company in 1988, starting out as a negotiator and mortgage consultant in one of the William H Brown branches before rising through the ranks to become Operations Director of Sequence in 2006. David was then appointed Chief Executive of the business in 2008, and he puts his success at Sequence down to a grass roots understanding of the business and a clear belief in the basic principles of good estate agency practice. 

 

 

Paul Kenny, Divisional Managing Director, Barnard Marcus

Paul Kenny - Divisional Managing Director, London

Paul has been with Barnard Marcus for over 20 years, having started with the company as a negotiator in its Worcester Park branch before picking up his first branch manager role in South Croydon. Progressing quickly through the ranks, Paul moved into a regional director role covering South West London and Surrey between 1995 and 2003 before becoming head of Barnard Marcus’ Land and New Homes division in London until the end of 2009. In 2010 Paul was named Divisional Managing Director for Barnard Marcus covering the whole of London. 

 

Simon Arnes, Divisional Managing Director, William H Brown

Simon Arnes - Divisional Managing Director, East & Central

Simon recently celebrated 40 years working for William H Brown and amazingly he has been based in the same office in Dereham all that time. Having started as the office boy with the company in 1972 he is now a Divisional Managing Director responsible for a successful network of almost 100 branches covering East Anglia, Eastern England and the Midlands as well as two auction centres, 40 lettings offices and five land and new homes centres.

 

 

Simon Cross, Divisional Managing Director

 

Simon Cross, Divisional Managing Director, South  

Simon has worked for the Group for over 25 years having started with the company as a Negotiator in Bristol aged 17.

Between 1995 and 2008 he worked within the company’s Mortgage Services department as a Director and went on to take over the South Division in 2008. Now in charge of the region’s Fox & Sons and Allen & Harris branches, Simon is always on the look out for talented people to join his team.

 

Stephen Nation - Lettings Divisional Managing Director

Stephen Nation, Lettings Divisional Managing Director 

Stephen brought 20 years' experience of the lettings business to Sequence when he joined in 2010, and he is now responsible for all aspects of lettings in the company.

After starting his career as a letting agent in Kent, Stephen progressed to become an Area Manager in Surrey and eventually Regional Director covering the South of England. In 2002 he was appointed Managing Director for a national lettings chain and he joined Sequence eight years later.

 

David Miles

David Miles, Mortgage Services Managing Director

David brings over 30 years' experience of estate agency and financial services.  Focusing on the mortgage provision via the estate agency branches is key for driving sales and customer service within Sequence. David has previously held a number of senior roles overseeing estate agency, lettings and mortgage operations and will build upon the Group's investment in mortgage services over the last three years.

 

 

Rob Smith

Rob Smith, Divisional Managing Director, North

Rob started his estate agency career in 1988 and progressed to become an Area Manager in 1997. For the last 18 years he has worked in area and divisional roles, until joining Sequence in April 2015. Rob believes in recruitment, development and retention of the very best people, working to the fundamental basics of Estate Agency in a reliable motivational environment, which promotes and rewards success.
